Scientific & Digital Marketing Project Manager W/M

Job summary:

You will work in our Scientific & Digital Marketing Pole. Your work will mean close collaboration with product managers at our French facility, but also internationally. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

As part of your responsibilities, you will:

• Prepare and pilot promotion campaigns for our product ranges.

• Build the related marketing plan:

o Write scientific content to be sent to our customers (collaterals, emails, advertisements, landing page, web page, sales tool…)

o Use our marketing automation tool Hubspot (creation of nurturing workflow implementation of web site triggers …)  Creation and sending of targeted Emailings on our CRM.  Set up plans for the nurturing and features of leads before transfer to the sales force via the setting up of a marketing automation campaign (workflow, creation of emails, landing page, messaging…)

o Preparation/followup/analysis of “google Adwords” campaigns. Use of social networks (Linkedin)

o Creation of promotional tools: print (flyer, brochure…) and digital (videos, animated banners...), purchase of media placements • Analyze the return on investment from your campaigns (establish KPI, web analytics, Hubspot metrics, click rate, open rate…)

• Manage contacts with our suppliers for web, digital, video etc. services Your missions will mean close collaboration with Cisbio’s specialists: Graphist, Webmaster, Hubspot expert, Lead specialist and also with the Europe Sales Manager.

Key Competencies:

Master’s level degree with qualifications covering Scientific (Biology/Biotechnology) and Marketing/eMarketing skills

• Excellent content creation skills (scientific language, marketing expressions and English style)

• Very good English level essential

• High awareness of the web and of digital marketing (strong interest in new technologies)

• Team spirit, good social skills, creative, structured and decisive

Dans ce cadre vous serez conduit à :

• Elaborer et piloter des campagnes de promotion sur nos gammes de produits.

Job summary:

Job summary:

As a key member of the US Operations Team, you will be solely responsible for multiple aspects of US accounting operations, including intercompany financial reporting, P&L reporting and balance sheet/trial balance sheet preparation.  You will report to the VP of Cisbio US, with a dotted line to the Cisbio BioAssays CFO.  This position has a high level of international interaction with our French main headquarters.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Issue timely and complete financial statements, financial reports and special analyses to senior management.
  2. Create, coordinate, and evaluate intercompany financial reporting including, but not limited to, Profit & Loss Statements, Trial Balance Sheets, Balance Sheets and monthly departmental budget sheets.
  3. Provide general accounting management; Oversee processing of revenue and expenditures, forecasting, fixed assets, general ledger and account maintenance, working capital for local expenses, cash flow, intercompany reconciliations, accruals and variance reporting.
  4. Design, complete and dashboards that include metrics and KPI’s as required to support global analytics and senior management needs.
  5. Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
  6. Manage taxes and tax planning; Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting and tax filing requirements.  Work with external tax consultants and corporate finance to meet intercompany requirements.
  7. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. 
  8. Interface, support, and coordinate with international corporate finance team regarding cash management, consolidation of financial statements, and other projects Manage provision of information to external auditors; Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards based on their recommendations.
  9. Recommend benchmarks to measure the performance of company operations.
  10. Participate in the annual budget preparation process.
  11. Manage the 401K plan with 3rd party administrator.
  12. Participate in IT or Finance corporate projects and other special projects as needed.

Key Competencies:

  1. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  2. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
  3. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare analysis, financial reports, statements, and projections.
  4. Previous experience in a biotechnology or scientific company a plus
  5. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deal with constantly changing requirements and priorities.
  6. Ability to research issues, analyze problems, determine approaches, compile data, and present reports and propose solutions: work independently.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  2. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, including the Executive/Senior management team.
  3. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
  4. PC proficiency is essential with excellent MS Excel and Power Point skills
