ELISA conversion

How it works

You indicate which commercial ELISA you want us to convert.
We select, source, and label all potential antibodies.
All antibody pairs are tested with the sample of interest (cell lysate or supernatant).
Results are presented and discussed to select the best antibody pair for your assay.

Cell-based assay

How it works

You indicate the assay of interest and Cisbio provides you with sample preparation protocols and suggestions (buffers, sample freezing, etc).
We select and source the potential antibodies for testing.
Once we receive your samples (cell lysates or supernantant), we label the antibodies and cross-test all possible pairs on your sample.
Results are provided and the best pair is selected for further optimization.
The best pair is further tested (concentration, incubation, buffers) to provide you with an HTRF assay that is ready-to-go according to your requirements.
The full assay is transferred to you, along with the protocol and technical data.

Detection of human PCSK9 in cell supernatant

4 antibodies were selected and labeled.
14 pairs were cross-tested on cell supernatant (provided by customer) and one pair was identified for HTRF optimization.

Right:
Assay validation on HepG2 cells (cell model for metabolic diseases).
Cells (50K / well) were plated in a 96-well plate and treated with Brefeldin A (2µg/ml).
Supernatants were transferred to a 384-well plate for detection.
Non-treated cells release PCSK9 after 180 min. (in green), while non-treated cells do not release PCSK9 (in orange).
