Job summary:

We are looking for an Account Manager with experience selling immunoassay kits, reagents and custom services to Drug Discovery scientists. Cisbio Bioassays develops novel ready-to-use assay kits and reagents that are easy to use and integrate into automated workflows, such as high-throughput screening, assay development and lead optimization. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities in biotech and pharmaceutical accounts for HTRF reagents and custom services in assigned region.
  • Work with a dedicated Scientific Consultant to manage technical opportunities and develop action plans to ensure successful product adoption and grow custom services business.
  • Work closely with Sales Manager to ensure successful adoption of HTRF technology for customers.
  • Create and manage sales and marketing initiatives, incorporating current and evolving customer requirements.
  • Provide primary source of market/customer intelligence to assist business development strategy and to maximize company competitiveness and success.  
  • Communicate current and evolving customer needs to assist the company’s research and development strategy through monthly reporting.
  • Prepare and implement sales forecasts to maximize product line sales and business development.
  • Support trade show promotion by attendance at industry related meetings.
  • There is extensive travel in territory with occasional international travel and attendance at industry relevant events.
  • Utilize and Develop CRM database for client and account info, meeting summaries, strategic planning and all quoting.

Key Competencies:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Drug Discovery workflows especially as related to Assay Development, High Throughput Screening and Lead Optimization techniques.        
  • Familiarity with Therapeutic Areas and their biology, process drivers and decision points.
  • Proven ability to execute business development in this segment.

Qualifications:

Part time accountant

Job summary:

This position supports the accounting needs of the finance/accounting department, including general ledger postings, accounts payable and receivable functions. It involves data entry and analysis, solving of accounting issues of moderate scope and the review of a variety of financial information. The position requires exercising judgment and determining appropriate actions, strong initiative, teamwork and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with monthly closings and preparation of financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet) including reconciling of BS Accounts and maintaining of supporting schedules (Fixed Assets, Prepaid Expense, Accrued Expenses, Bank Reconciliation, etc).

Reconcile accounting discrepancies.

Review actual expenditures vs. budget and provide variance analysis and reporting.

Account Payable including:  matching vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving paperwork, reviewing expense reports, data entry into the accounting system, preparing weekly check/ACH runs, resolving vendor inquiries, researching open purchase orders, and reconciling unbilled PO receipts.

Accounts Receivable:  verifying, processing and entering cash receipts in the accounting system.

Collection: Analyzing Past Due Receivable and taking necessary action to collect unpaid invoices

Implementing and maintaining internal accounting controls and procedures.

Assist with Sales tax return filings.

Special projects as needed by the business.

Key Competencies:

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Knowledge of financial reporting

Technical accounting skills

Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting

Minimum of 2 -4 years previous accounting experience

Highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets.

Job summary:

Cisbio Bioassays is looking for a field based Scientific consultant for its Drug Discovery reagents and services portfolio. Territory will cover Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and / or UK for Biotech and Pharmas in Life Sciences.

- Ensure Technical support for key customers in territory (pre-sales: demos, presentations … and post-sales)

- Identify and Qualify new projects in existing customers and propose adapted Products or Custom services - Provide field support to Sales team (presentations, customer training …)

- Work closely with Sales Area manager on key accounts

- Identify and Qualify new customers in territory

- Support trade show promotion by attendance at industry related events

Key Competencies:

- Intimate understanding of Drug Discovery workflow especially in Screening and Assay development

Job summary:

Cisbio Bioassays is looking for a field based Technical Sales for its Drug Discovery reagents and services portfolio.
Ideally based in East of France, your territory will cover Germany, Switzerland and Denmark for Biotech and Pharmas in Life Sciences.
