cAMP Gs dynamic kit
Optimal performance when applied to Gs activation or inhibition
-->
This HTRF kit detects changes of cAMP accumulation in response to Gs coupled GPCR activation or inhibition
Based on HTRF technology, the kit contains all the reagents needed to quantify cAMP, ensuring that you benefit from a complete tool for your needs.
Cisbio's cAMP kits are best suited for measuring cAMP modulations in response to Gs-activation, leveraging an optimized combination of robustness and sensitivity
If your experimental design uses membrane preparations, lipoparticles or purified receptors, or if your samples have large quantities of cAMP, the Gs HiRange kit will fit your needs!
The kit shows no ATP cross-reactivity up to 10mM, allowing the user to operate with large ranges of ATP and enabling membrane work.
Designed for optimal signal performance, cAMP - Gs HiRange offers a maximized signal-to-background score.
