Tag-lite plasmid cloned with a SNAP tag CCR5 Chemokine receptor
CCR5R stably expressing cells
- Fully functional cell line
- Stable expression
CCR5 or CC chemokine receptor 5 is a GPCR which regulates trafficking and effector functions of T-lymphocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. CCR acts as the coreceptor for the entry of HIV-1 and HIV-2.
This HEK293 stable cell line expresses the CCR5 receptor fused to a SNAP-Tag. Labeled with Terbium, the cells can be used in a Tag-lite receptor binding protocol.
