Tag-lite Angiotensin AT2 receptor fluorescent probe
Angiotensin AT1R stably expressing cells
- Fully functional cell line
- Stable expression
Angiotensin II receptor type 1 or AT1 is the most studied Ang II receptor, mediating most of the known classical angiotensin effects, such as vasoconstriction and drinking stimulation.
This HEK293 stable cell line expresses the AT1 receptor fused to a SNAP-Tag. Labeled with Terbium, the cells can be used in a Tag-lite receptor binding protocol.
