Beta2 adrenergicR fluorescent probe
Tag-lite Beta2 adrenergic receptor fluorescent probe
Endothelin receptors can be divided into ETA and ETB receptors also called ETA1 and ETA2. Both receptors are involved in the treatment of hypertension.
Cells expressing the BETA1 receptor are provided pre-labeled with Terbium, and can be used to conduct receptor binding studies on the aforementioned receptor.
Examples of data obtained using Adrenergic beta1 labeled cells and their matching fluorescent ligand (L0023GRE). CGP-12177 was used as reference ligand. Results may vary from one HTRF® compatible reader to another.
