Dopamine D2 and D3aR fluorescent probe
Tag-lite Dopamine D2 & D3a receptors fluorescent probe
Dopaminergic neurons and dopamine receptors are the most numerous in brain. In the brain, dopamine receptors D1 and D2 are GPCR responsible for such crucial processes as voluntary movement, sleep, regulation of food intake, attention, learning, and working memory.
Cells expressing the D2 receptor are provided pre-labeled with Terbium, and can be used to conduct receptor binding studies on the aforementioned receptor.

Examples of data obtained using Dopamine D2 labeled cells and their matching fluorescent ligand (L0002RED). Bromocriptine was used as reference ligand. Results may vary from one HTRF® compatible reader to another.
