SNAP tag PTHR2 Parathyroid type 2R cloned plasmid
Plasmid cloned with a SNAP tag PTHR2 Parathyroid type 2 receptor
Parathyroid hormone receptor or PTHR1 is a GPCR involved in the pathology of osteoporosis.
Cells expressing the PTHR1 receptor are provided pre-labeled with Terbium, and can be used to conduct receptor binding studies on the aforementioned receptor.
Examples of data obtained using PTHR1 labeled cells and their matching fluorescent ligand (L0033RED). [Nle8, 18-Tyr 34] PTH(3-34 Amide) was used as reference ligand. Results may vary from one HTRF® compatible reader to another.
