CCR1R stably expressing cells
- Fully functional cell line
- Stable expression
Chemokine receptors belong to the superfamily of GPCR and include CCR1 through CCR10. CCR1 is a chemokine receptor expressed on monocytes, T cells, dendritic cells, and neutrophils that interacts with multiple ligands.
This HEK293 stable cell line expresses the CCR1 receptor fused to a SNAP-Tag. Labeled with Terbium, the cells can be used in a Tag-lite receptor binding protocol.
