CXCR7R stably expressing cells
- Fully functional cell line
- Stable expression
CXCR7 is a chemokine receptor (also known as ACKR3) that binds the chemokine ligand CXCL11 and 12. CXCR7 is highly overexpressed in many cancer types including pancreatic cancer.
This HEK293 stable cell line expresses the CXCR7 receptor fused to a SNAP-Tag. Labeled with Terbium, the cells can be used in a Tag-lite receptor binding protocol.
