Inside Scientific Consultant

Job summary:

Cisbio est un acteur reconnu dans le secteur des Biotechnologies dans le monde. Reconnu depuis 30 ans dans le domaine du diagnostic in vitro (IVD), Cisbio est aussi un fournisseur de solutions pour la recherche pharmaceutique. Au sein du département « Life Science » et rattaché(e) à son Responsable, nous recherchons un(e) Inside Scientific Consultant H / F pour un CDD de 9mois, pouvant déboucher sur un CDI.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Fournir un excellent niveau de support technique aux clients européens des produits HTRF (biotech, entreprises pharmaceutiques, CRO et laboratoires académiques) :

- Aider les clients à la mise en place des essais HTRF principalement par e-mail ou téléphone.

- Etre capable de diagnostiquer les problèmes lors de l’utilisation des produits HTRF principalement par e-mail ou téléphone.

- Avoir une bonne connaissance du catalogue de produits HTRF

Fournir un retour d’informations clientèles :

- Mettre à jour les informations collectées dans la CRM

- Pré-qualifier et transférer les demandes de solutions à façon

- Communiquer au sein de l’entreprise les besoins des clients et les nouvelles tendances des clients

Fournir un support technique à la vente afin de proposer aux clients les produits ou services adaptés aux besoins.

Key Competencies:

Ingénieur, Bac +5 dans les sciences de la vie idéalement en immunologie, pharmacologie ou biologie cellulaire.

2/5 ans d’expérience en travail de laboratoire acquis en biotech, entreprises pharmaceutiques ou laboratoires académiques.

Expérience d’essais HTRF idéalement ou immuno-essais (travail en microplaques)

Expérience clientèle souhaitée

Déplacements ponctuels en Europe à prévoir

Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et l’oral indispensable

Bonne communication orale et écrite

Bonne pratique des outils bureautiques (Pack office, CRM)

Vous disposez d’un excellent relationnel, d’une capacité d’adaptation et d’une bonne autonomie dans le travail. Votre capacité d’organisation, votre pragmatisme et votre esprit d’analyse seront des qualités pour réussir dans cette fonction.

Account Manager

Job summary:

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success in the New England Area. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients within a given geography, develop new business from existing clients and hunt new accounts and business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and reporting in SFDC. You will also liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions and improve the entire customer experience. The ideal candidate will be able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations. To provide our clients with the best solution, the Account Manager should have prior experience selling immunoassay kits, reagents and custom services to Drug Discovery Scientists.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify and close HTRF sales opportunities in Biotech and Pharmaceutical accounts in assigned region. Develop new business from existing clients and hunt new accounts for business opportunities. Understand process drivers and decision points within Therapeutic areas and Screening Laboratories to ensure successful adoption of HTRF technology.
  • Work with a dedicated Scientific Consultants to manage technical opportunities and develop action plans to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Prepare reports on account metrics and account status. Communicate current and evolving customer needs and trends to assist the company research and development strategy through monthly reporting. Provide customer intelligence to assist business development and to maximize company competitiveness and success.
  • Utilize and maintain SFDC database for client and account info, meeting summaries, strategic planning and quoting.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an Account Manager.
  •  Demonstrated understanding of Drug Discovery workflows especially as related to Assay Development, Screening and Lead Optimization techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence individuals at all level of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time while paying close attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Assay Development Project Manager

Job summary:

Reporting to the Custom Solutions Manager, you will manage custom assay development projects and supervise Assay Development/ Custom Labeling Technicians to ensure the successful adoption and application of both proprietary and non-proprietary HTRF technologies. This position will interface heavily with customers and the field-based Scientific Team. With minimal supervision, you will utilize standard procedures along with own judgment.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop custom assay proposals and pricing for sales opportunities and deliver written proposals for projects identified by the AM/FAS Team. You will be responsible for investigating and researching different approaches to assay development. Writing assay proposals and developing project reports to support assay development and custom labeling initiatives. You will manage these projects upon receipt of purchase order
  • Supervise the activities and technicians associated with the custom projects
  • Ensure open/frequent communication with customers related to each project
  • Provide chemistry expertise to customers, Field Application Scientifics and Custom Labeling Scientists for custom labeling activity
  • Contribute to the production of custom made-to-order products
  • Travel with AM/FAS teams to promote Custom Solution offers (assay development, custom labeling and profiling). Conduct seminars, webinars and customer training as needed
  • Provide HTRF assay development and custom labeling method training to existing and/or newly hired employees as needed
  • Interact with internal groups (Cisbio Research & Development, Custom Solutions in Europe and Marketing) to support customer use and development of HTRF technologies
  • Generate and maintain scientific documentation providing record of technical development work on behalf of customers

Key Competencies:

  • Experience in customer support and training.
  • Able to work in international/team environment.
  • In depth knowledge of theoretical and applied HTRF technology.
  • Knowledge of basic chemistry concepts and applications including molarity, Beer’s Law, Acid/Base chemistry.
  • Strong experience in assay development and HTS technologies preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences or Chemistry
  • 3+ years’ experience in application of Immunochemistry in Assay Development or High Throughput Screening
  • Knowledge of HTRF theory and applications
  • Experiences in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Graph Pad Prism
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

  • BSL2 cell culture facility & environment
  • Office environment
  • Up to 25% travel, some international travel
