Ghrelin GHSR1AR fluorescent probe
Tag-lite Ghrelin GHSR1A receptor fluorescent probe
The ghrelin receptoris also known as the growth hormone secretagogue receptor or GHSR1A. The receptor is so called for its function in the stimulation of ghrelin secretion, and its fundamental influence on energy homeostasis.
Cells expressing the GHSR1A receptor are provided pre-labeled with Terbium, and can be used to conduct receptor binding studies on the aforementioned receptor.
Examples of data obtained using Ghrelin 1A labeled cells and their matching fluorescent ligand (L0020RED). Human Ghrelin was used as reference ligand. Results may vary from one HTRF® compatible reader to another.
