Scientific Marketing Junior Project Manager H/F (alternance)

Job summary:

Vous êtes rattaché(e) au pôle « Scientific & Digital Marketing » qui vise à déployer la stratégie marketing au niveau global.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les Chefs de produits présents en local mais aussi à l’international (USA).

Vos missions vous amènent à collaborer étroitement avec les spécialistes de Cisbio : Graphiste, Webmaster, Hubspot expert, Lead specialist et également avec le Responsable des ventes Europe.

Votre fonction consiste à utiliser tous les moyens marketing pour, notamment, rechercher de nouveaux leads dans le but de les « nurturer » (e.g. faire « murir ») afin de les amener à un stade transférable à nos forces de ventes.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Elaborer et piloter des campagnes de promotion sur nos gammes de produits ou sur des applications particulières (aire thérapeutique d’intérêt).
  • Construire le plan marketing dédié :
    • Rédaction de contenus scientifiques adaptés et affûtés à destination de nos clients
    • Utilisation de l’outil de marketing automation (Hubspot) pour la recherche de nouveaux leads et déclinaison de vos campagnes
    • Développement de stratégie d’inbound marketing
    • Déploiement d’Emailing ciblés et de workflow d’emailing intelligent à partir de notre base qualifiée et des nouveaux prospects
    • Elaboration/analyse de campagnes google Adwords, linkedin paid..., utilisation des réseaux sociaux (Linkedin)
    • Mise en place de plans de nurturing et caractérisation de leads avant transfert aux forces de ventes via la mise en place de campagne de marketing automation (workflow, création email, landing page, messaging, post réseaux sociaux…)
    • Création d’outils promotionnels : print et digital (videos, banners...), achat de placement media
  •  Analyser le retour sur investissement de vos campagnes (établissement de KPI, metrics web analytics, Hubspot…)

Key Competencies:

  • Etudiant en niveau master avec double compétence Scientifique (Biologie/Biotechnologie) et Marketing
  • Bon niveau d’anglais indispensable
  • Goût prononcé pour les nouvelles technologies
  • Bonne maîtrise du pack Office
  • Notions sur la suite Adobe est un plus

Account Manager

Job summary:

Job Brief:

We are looking for an Account Manager with experience selling immunoassay kits, reagents and custom services to Drug Discovery scientists in the Massachusetts area. Cisbio develops novel ready-to-use assay kits and reagents that are easy to use and integrate into automated workflows, such as high-throughput screening, assay development and lead optimization. Their assays produce superior results, and they are a long-standing market leader. This is an exciting company with outstanding company culture!

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities in biotech and pharmaceutical accounts for HTRF reagents and custom services in assigned region. 
  • Work with a dedicated Scientific Consultant to manage technical opportunities and develop action plans to ensure successful product adoption and grow custom services business.
  • Work closely with Sales Manager to ensure successful adoption of HTRF technology for customers.
  • Create and manage sales and marketing initiatives, incorporating current and evolving customer requirements. 
  • Provide primary source of market/customer intelligence to assist business development strategy and to maximize company competitiveness and success.  
  • Communicate current and evolving customer needs to assist the company’s research and development strategy through monthly reporting.
  • Prepare and implement sales forecasts to maximize product line sales and business development.
  • Support trade show promotion by attendance at industry related meetings.
  • There is extensive travel in territory with occasional international travel and attendance at industry relevant events.
  • Utilize and Develop CRM database for client and account info, meeting summaries, strategic planning and all quoting.

 

Key Competencies:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Drug Discovery workflows especially as related to Assay Development, High Throughput Screening and Lead Optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Therapeutic Areas and their biology, process drivers and decision points.
  • Proven ability to execute business development in this segment.

Qualifications:

  • Home Office Environment
  • Travel/customer sites
  • BS in Life Sciences or similar
  • 5+ year track record of increasingly successful technical sales with knowledge of biotech and/or pharmaceutical drug development technologies and processes preferred. 
  • Lab experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and team building skills.           
  • Exceptional initiative and drive.
  • Usage of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience with LAMP a plus
