Hyaluronic acid ELISA kit (CE)

The HYAL-ELISA kit offers an extended dynamic range which enables the number of pre-dilution steps to be limited. Because of the very good analytical sensitivity (2.7 ng/mL), a reliable patient and treatment follow-up can be done. Stratified age and sex normal values are convenient for data interpretation. The Elisa format can be easily adapted to automated systems for implementation in laboratories of all sizes.

Assay principle

ELISA

Microplate

Hyaluronic acid binding proteins are used for the sandwich. Hyaluronic acid binding protein is coated on the microtiter plate. Horse-radish peroxidase conjugated hyaluronic acid binding protein is used for detection. Three-step assay procedure: 2h at RT / shaking + 30 min at RT / shaking + 30 min at RT / shaking.
