Overview

This cell lysate provides a way to validate the phospho-FAK (Ser397) assay. As a positive control, it enables researchers to avoid any detection issues when running the assay. The lysate was made using supplemented lysis buffer 3 (64KL3FDF) with unstimulated mouse NIH/3T3 fibroblast cells at 90% confluency.
