This lysate is a component of the Phospho-TAU (Thr181) kit. It may be used as a residue-specific positive control for TAU phosphorylation.
This cell lysate provides a way to validate the phospho-TAU (Thr181) assay.
As a positive control, it enables researchers to avoid any detection issues when running the assay.
The lysate was made using lysis buffer 1 (64KL1FDF) from neuronal cells.
