The platform ARPEGE is dedicated to extensive analysis of the structural and functional features of signaling protein complexes. It permits the characterization of all kinds of specific interactions either between ligand and target or between protein partners in signaling protein complexes. Using a wide variety of advanced analysis techniques mostly based on HTRF®, it is possible to perform multiple cell-based assays in order to extensively analyze protein target features like ligand-binding (Kd and Ki determination), receptor dimerization, second messengers production (cAMP, IP1) or protein phosphorylation (phospho-ERK). The available equipment includes a selection of the most efficient and sensitive fluororescence plate readers (PHERAstar, RUBYstar, INFINITE F500) adapted to time-resolved analyses in medium-throughput format (96/384-well plates). The ARPEGE platform is managed by a team of highly experienced receptor biology specialists, and its service offering is made available to academic laboratories, biotech as well as pharma and other industrial companies.
