Technicien R&D MM (H/F)

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Dans un contexte de développement de tests HTRF dédiés à l’étude de voies de signalisation cellulaire (analyse du niveau d’expression/de phosphorylation de protéines intracellulaires) dérégulées dans de multiples maladies (immuno-oncologie, maladies métaboliques…), nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) Supérieur(e) R&D pour :

- Développer de nouveaux immuno-essais HTRF (cellulaires et/ou biochimiques)

- Valider les essais sur des modèles biologiques pertinents

- Comparer avec des méthodes de référence (Western Blot, ELISA, cytométrie, qPCR)

- Assurer la gestion et l’évolution de la plate-forme technique de western-blot

- Participer à des projets transversaux innovants

Vos missions nécessiteront la mise en place de plans d’expériences préalablement discutés avec votre responsable, l’analyse et l’interprétation des données, tout en faisant preuve de force de proposition et en respectant les délais du projet. Vous évoluerez au sein d’un pôle de 8 personnes impliqué dans les maladies métaboliques, plus particulièrement au sein d’un groupe de 4 personnes piloté par un responsable d’équipe.

 
 
 
 

Key Competencies:

• Formation initiale en biologie / biochimie / biotechnologie

• Niveau Bac +2 à Bac +4 requis (ou équivalent niveau technicien supérieur de laboratoire)

• Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en laboratoire requis

• Expertise technique requise :  Culture cellulaire eucaryote (maintenance de lignées, traitements pharmacologiques)  Analyse protéique par immuno-essais (WB, ELISA…)  Travail en format microplaque 96 et/ou 384 puits Une expérience pratique en fluorescence, biologie moléculaire (plasmides, qPCR), immuno-chimie, cytométrie et en bio-statistiques est souhaitée.

• Connaissances théoriques en biologie cellulaire (signalisation intra-cellulaire) et immuno-essais requises. Des notions de pharmacologie (Kd, EC/IC50…) et de fluorescence seraient un plus.

• Maîtrise requise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office) notamment de la manipulation de données sous Excel

• Analyse et représentation graphique de données souhaitée (logiciels type Graphpad Prism)

• Anglais :  Lu : protocoles et publications (requis)  Ecrit : documents techniques et synthèses (souhaité)

Technicien R&D (H/F)

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Au sein de notre département R&D, nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) Supérieur(e) R&D pour :

- Mettre en place de nouveaux essais HTRF (essais biochimiques, essais cellulaires, essais sur des modèles biologiques complexes)

- Etre le référent biologie moléculaire R&D (support, formations internes, service client)

- Travailler sur des projets innovants (définir et exécuter des programmes expérimentaux en réponse à une problématique)

- Etendre le champ d’utilisation des essais HTRF à de nouvelles applications (contextualiser les essais scientifiquement et techniquement)

Vous évoluerez sous la responsabilité d’un chef de projets, dans une équipe composée de 8 personnes.

Key Competencies:

• Titulaire d’un Bac+2 en Biologie / Biochimie / Biotechnologies

• 3 à 5 ans d’expériences en laboratoire

• Expertise technique :  Biologie moléculaire (design, clonage, amplification de plasmides, maitrise de l’outil Vector Nti)  Immuno-essais (ELISA, HTRF ..)  Immunochimie (couplage, purification)  Techniques de culture cellulaire (maintien de lignées cellulaires, transfection)  Techniques d’analyse par fluorescence (immunofluorescence, cytométrie de flux)  Maitrise du Western Blot  Bases en Q-PCR • Connaissances solides en biologie, plus précisément en immunologie • Connaissances en pharmacologie

Account Manager

Job summary:

Job Brief:

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success. This position covers the Route 128 Belt-West in MA (60%), Illinois (20% mainly Abbvie, Chicago) and Indiana (20% mainly Eli Lilly in Indianapolis).  The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients within a given geography, develop new business from existing clients and hunt new accounts and business opportunities.  They will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and preparing sales reports.  They will also liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions and improve the entire customer experience.  The ideal candidate will be able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations. To provide our clients with the best solution, the Account Manager should have prior experience selling immunoassay kits, reagents and custom services to Drug Discovery Scientists.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Identify, qualify and close HTRF sales opportunities in Biotech and Pharmaceutical accounts in assigned region. Develop new business from existing clients and hunt new accounts for business opportunities.  Understand process drivers and decision points within Therapeutic areas and Screening Laboratories.  Ensure successful adoption of HTRF technology for customers and ensure timely, successful delivery of our solutions according to identified customer needs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 

·         Work with a dedicated Scientific Consultant (FAS) to manage technical opportunities and develop action plans to ensure successful product adoption.  Grow custom services business.

·         Prepare reports on account metrics and account status.  Communicate current and evolving customer needs and trends to assist the company research and development strategy through monthly reporting. Provide customer intelligence to assist business development and to maximize company competitiveness and success. 

·         Utilize and maintain CRM database for client and account info, meeting summaries, strategic planning and quoting.

Key Competencies:

·         Proven experience (2+ year) as an Account Manager.

·         Demonstrated understanding of Drug Discovery workflows especially as related to Assay Development, Screening and Lead Optimization techniques.

·         Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence individuals at all level of the organization.

·         Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time while paying close attention to detail

Scientific Consultant - San Francisco, CA

Job summary:

We are looking for a field-based, passionate, Scientific Consultant who will partner with our Account Managers and customers to ensure their long-term technical success. The Scientific Consultant will ensure successful adoption and application of HTRF technologies, provide field based technical support through demonstrating HTRF products in the customer’s lab, present on-site HTRF seminars, perform on-site trouble shooting of HTRF assays, and work together with account managers on technical sales calls within a given geography.  Working together, they will help develop new business from existing clients and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.  They will also liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions and optimize the entire customer experience.  The ideal candidate will be able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations. To provide our clients with the best solution, the Scientific Consultant should have prior experience with Drug Discovery/screening platforms, experience in assay development or high throughput screening and the ability to work on a variety of lab equipment.  

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to customers, helping them implement HTRF technology, migrate assays to HTS, troubleshoot HTRF assays & associated biology.
  • Provide technical support and training by phone and e-mail to customers for all HTRF products.
  • Provide technical expertise to support business development initiatives, including accompanying Account Managers to prospective customer accounts and providing technical presentations and demonstrations of HTRF technology.
  • Act as key liaison with Cisbio international Research and Development to support customer use and development of HTRF technologies.
  • Generate and maintain demonstration reports to provide a record of technical development work on behalf of customers.
  • Proactively share client needs and target based information within the organization by updating our CRM.
  • Participate in Marketing activities, trade shows, technical webinars, regional shows and quarterly product feedback forms.
  • Research and help qualify work plans for custom assay service proposals.

Key Competencies:

·         Experience in customer support and training.

·         Knowledge of theoretical and applied HTRF technology: Hands-on experience with HTRF and/or competitive assay platforms is a plus.

·         Strong experience in experimental design, assay development/optimization, and HTS technologies.

·         Strong assay development knowledge in both biochemical and cell based assays, and key drug target class biology.

·         Ability to think outside the box, to troubleshoot independently, and to get creative in assay approaches.

·         Timely data analysis and reporting.

·         Strong interpersonal and dynamic presentation skills.

·         Minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or similar. Masters or Ph. D preferred

·         5+ years’ experience in Assay Development or High Throughput Screening.

·         CRM Experience is a plus.

·         Must have knowledge of fluorescent plate readers and their operation.

·         Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Prism, and data analysis software

·         Demonstrate exceptional initiative and drive.
